Buying a ticket takes about 2 minutes and has 4 steps. At the final step you choose how to pay: immediately by card via Stripe, or by bank transfer (ticket activated once payment is confirmed).

Step 1 — Select your ticket type

Go to the Tickets page and click Choose Ticket on the type you want. Available types include Early Bird, Standard, Student, and VIP.

Step 2 — Configure your order

Use the + / − buttons to set the quantity, then click Your data →.

Step 3 — Enter your details

Fill in your email, full name, and phone number. Tick Invoice to company if you need a company invoice. Accept the terms and click Review Order.

Step 4 — Review & pay

Online payment (Stripe)

Click Pay [amount] EUR now →. You will be redirected to Stripe to enter your card details. After a successful payment you are returned to the event website and your ticket is immediately activated. A confirmation email with your ticket PDF is sent to the address you provided.

Bank transfer

Click Pay by bank transfer. Your order is created and you see the payment instructions screen with your unique Purchase ID and the bank account details. Transfer the exact amount and use your Purchase ID as the payment reference. Once the organiser confirms receipt, your ticket will be activated and you will receive a Payment Accepted email.

Accessing your tickets

Log in at any time and open the My Tickets tab on the Tickets page to download your PDF, resend the email, or regenerate the ticket.

FAQ

I did not receive a confirmation email

Check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, log in with your email — your order will appear in the My Tickets tab.

How long does bank transfer verification take?

Typically 1–3 business days. You will receive a Payment Accepted email once confirmed.

Can I pay online after placing a bank transfer order?

Yes. Log in, go to My Tickets, find the unpaid order, and use the Pay Now option to complete payment via Stripe.
